So when (if) you click on the above photo scrapbook, you can't scroll through the pages if you have clicked "zoom in". You can zoom in, then you'll have to zoom out in order to see the little flower that has a triangle to advance to the next page. I am experimenting with some new technology for our pictures.

A Very Special Hat

You may have noticed TJ wearing a new hat that appears to be a bit big on her.
It's actually a very special hat that she recently purchased from our neighbor at her yard sale. It was quite the steal for 25 cents! (Gotta love a good deal!) What better age to start learning the value of a dollar as well as being a great shopper than at 2 years old?! Our neighbor actually wore the hat during her chemo treatments and as her hair started to grow back in. It was also her gardening hat. TJ LOVES the hat and wears it inside some times. We are very honored to have the hat as we know first hand how difficult cancer and it's treatments can be. It has quite a special meaning and story that I look forward to sharing with TJ when she gets older.

Pics from our trip to Folsom Zoo

Noah's an Animal!

So we went to the zoo on Mother's Day with some friends and their twin girls who are the same age as Noah & TJ. It seems that Noah has a certain fondness for the ladies. He not only was hitting on Kiana
but he found another little girl after lunch to flirt with.
It could be that she was also a twin (how crazy is that!) or maybe the harness did something for him. Who knows! Either way, he was getting his groove on with the ladies! The only animal around was him! He could have cared less about the animals at the zoo - it was all about the ladies.

Row Row Your Boat

So Noah LOVES to sing and after hearing a song a few times can usually sing it on his own. As you'll notice, he changes the words around a bit each time. His Grandma Elliott would be SO proud to have such a wonderful new singing partner. Somewhere she is looking over his shoulder adding her own special harmony with him.
